A famous Bollywood actress Jaya Prada was born in middle class family of Andra Pradesh , India. Jaya's father was a movie financier and her mother is a dancer. From childhood Jaya is fond of dancing and she is a very good dancer when she was fourteen years , first time she was performed on the stage at that time she got the offer of dancing in Telgu movie.
Jaya has a good support from her family. After that 3 minute dance performance in movie she start getting opprtunities in the movies and the floodgates opened.
In the year 1976 Jaya start her bollywood joourney ,her debut movie was Sargam directed by K.Viswanath, overnight Jaya Prada has become super star her first movie has become superhit . After that she has given many super hit performanes like Kaamchor,Sanjog, Aadhar, she has done number of Hindi and South Indian movies.
Jaya Prada has received many prestigious awards also like Lifetime Achievements Award, Best Actress for Sangam, Sharaabi, Sanjog ,other awards received by Jaya -Nandi Award,Kala Saraswati Award, ANR Achievement Award, Nargir Dutt Gold Medal for her didecation in the Indian Film Indusry.
She was married in 1986 with the producer Srikanth Nahata, he was married already and have three children but with the mutal understanding his first wife and Jaya share their husband.
After sometime she got entered in politics, she joined Chandra Babu Naidu faction and from Andra Pradesh she was nominated for Rajya Sabha. Now she is a Member of Parliament from Rampur.
